About the Deer
Ohio is full of deer breeders who ultimately sell the deer. These deer are sold to enterprises that fence the deer in so ‘hunters’ can come kill the deer of their choice.
Our deer would have had a much different fate if we did not take them in. Unfortunately, it is very expensive with state requirements to have deer. The property needs secured with proper fencing in order to keep the deer safe here at the farm, as they can jump very high. Our goal is to raise $6k to expand their area and keep them safe. Please consider a one time or even monthly donation in their behalf.
